Man I felt like shit this morning. My nose hurt and my neck was killing me. I just felt sore all over and my head felt like it was in a vise. The dog woke me at 5:30 and again around 6:30 and wouldn’t shut up. I ended up with a heavy memory foam pillow on my face. Oh well would you look at that! It does indeed have a slot for an SD card, which I did not know. Unfortunately my camera is one of the few that takes an XD card and it does not fit. waaaaah!

Standing in Trader Joe’s chuckling at the thought of giving my niece a card that reads “It’s never too late to have a misspent youth” for her 13th birthday. I think that would be frowned upon by my family but I really want to.

it was so nice (almost a surprise) to come home from yoga & Trader Joe’s to a cleaner house! Yay! and now I have some food for the week.
