So in Season 4 of The Wire (I think) Omar runs off to Puerto Rico with his boy and I totally recognized they were in ‘la Perla’, the oceanfront ghetto between the two forts.

@stuft:  we should watch together!  I went through the first season like greased lightnin’, but I’ve stalled since I have no one to watch with…  #firstworldproblems  #iheartomar

Yes! Yes!  My disc one of season 2 was a little borked and then I fell asleep halfway through episode 2. I should have another coming on Saturday and then the last Dexter disc after that so we could be on the same track soon!

Since you are through season one already I have to say here how fucking sad I was about Wallace. I loved that kid.

Oh that’s right I decided to start watching The Wire. I got the first disc in the mail yesterday. I have only heard good things about it.

Maybe it will re-inspire me to spend another day or 2 in Bawlmore.
