look at me, I cooked a healthy meal, from a recipe and didn’t ruin it! It was actually pretty darn good. Pork chop, butternut squash roasted with sage, and sauteed kale with garlic. I guess I could have sliced the garlic thinner or just used the minced stuff I already had, but, whatever.
And I have another serving, which, I don’t know how that will be left over, at least the kale.
But yay, me. I am not always so good at following directions but I read this one till I understood the timing and all so I did okay.
And I still have a huge butternut squash and half a bunch (at least) of kale to use. Plus carrots and potatoes but those are easy.
